    Bench shirt choice

I was wondering what brand and model bench shirt you fellas use. What seems to be the best way to go for someone buying their first bench shirt? Thanks for the help.

    Depends.

First step is to know where you are lifting so you know what's legal.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

Where I will be lifting I am allowed to use a single ply only with a back. Also, no denim.

I don't know that there are any single/poly lifters here, although I'm sure some might have a suggestion.

Titan Fury seems to be the current favourate - but dont expect one in a hurry.

If you go INZER, the phenom is top of the range, but expensive and lots of people seem to rip them, the next best is EHPHD and it hurts like hell when its working. \

Metal/crain, far less people seem to use them and much less feedback from it.
