    Were you a skinny kid?

Buffzilla was. He used to be the skinniest kid he knew. Thats half the reason Buffzilla trys so hard to pack the beef in now.
    Statistics:

    Weight - 171lbs
    Height - 6'1''

I've always been lean, but not really gaunt. I suspect that my thyroid has been to thank, since I've always been a "warm" kid too.

JuniorMint6669 was fat. He used to be the fattest kid he knew. Thats why JuniorMint6669 used to do so much cardio. Now JuniorMint6669 is like buffzilla, trying hard to pack on some beef.

BCC trys to pack the beef on instead of in.

    When I was 18 I was 5"11 and 125 pounds
Then I went to Uni and drank myself upto about 155 pounds.
About just over a year ago I started going to the gym, but I was mostly messing around doing cardio and I was still drinking the beer.
In the last month or so, Ive sorted it out and started to put enough protein in my diet and Ive cut out the alcohol, and Ive packed on 10lbs of beef.

Trents was once skinny kid and is now packing on alot of beef.
    165lb and climbing fast

I was one of the biggest people that I knew four months ago. I stand 6'4" but back in June i was over 270lbs(a nice big fatty). Now I'm down to under 235lbs since I started working out and got my diet under control.

CanadianHomer was so skinny that he was the smallest kid in the Grade 7 class. By the end of Grade 12, CanadianHomer got bigger than most grade 7 boys who were quite bigger than CanadianHomer, but still skinny for CanadianHomer's height.

Tim was a very thin guy until Tim started learning about nutrition. Tim has put on some nice muslce and is slowly but surely escaping the skinny guy comments. *Tim smiles*
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

EdgeCrusher was always a fat kid. 220 going into freshman year of HS, 262 graduating high school, and he was 231 as of 1 hour ago. His lowest weight from freshman year of HS to now was 208, and he was a weak bitch then - 231 EdgeCrusher can dominate 208 EC, but 220 Sophomore year EC could probably beat 231 EC in any lift as of right now b/c 208 EC's crash dieting and lack of lifting screwed 231 EC up.

Homie, I don't think you know what skinny really is.

rookie was rail thin skinny, then rookie was moderately fat. Now rookie is trying to pack on the beef as well.

    Hehe, at 5'8" 115lbs. I was skinny.

That was my freshmen year in high school. My senior year I was 5'10" 140lbs. My junior year in college I was 180lbs. 16 weeks ago I was 210lbs. I remember what skinny is and it haunts me to this day.

I was pretty much in the middle. Not skinny, not fat, but where in the middle I was depended on my growth. When I grew a few inches suddenly, I was skinny. Then I filled it out and got a little bigger, then I grew again and was skinny once more...repeat until college.

In college I did have to learn to eat differently while spending 90% of my time sitting around in class, lab, library and the other 10% drinking beer and eating pizza instead of playing several sports and eating Mom's healthy food, so I think I got a little overweight there for one or two semesters, but straightened it right out.

Now I'm trying to gain muscle on my skinny-tendencies frame and it's hard work
