Do you think heck squats could be used as a full time replacement for normal squats? Since this would eradicate the problem of getting the barbell onto my shoulders. What weight can u heck squat compared to normal squats?
Also in standing calf raises does the babell have to be positioned on my shoulders or could I hold the bar say in the deadlift position and do calf raises?
One more thing am I the only one who doesn't think leg extensions are a waste of time? since they seem to work my thighs.
