Thread: Sore abs.

    Sore abs.

    Lately I have been working my abs 4-6 days a week with weight plates.. and it's the best thing! So much better, I do 3 sets of 15 weighted crunches, then 3 sets of 15 regular crunches, then 3 sets of leg raises.. and for the first time in a really long time I have felt soreness in my abs. Does that mean I should cut down on the days of ab-work to, say.. 2-3 days a week, or just keep it the way it is?

    Can you see your abs?


    I think you may be overtraining. I can see four of mine and I don't work them at all.

    That's a lot of work. Usually it's best to train your abs like the rest of your body.

    I am not sure what to say since you are a model, but then again this is a bodybuilding forum so I would say to work on your arms and chest more. Abs are very strong but the rest is kind of lagging. How is your back and legs? Then again, bigger muscles are death to models. Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
