    my 16 week bulk - type R p0wa :)

    I have been eating over maintaince for a good 3 weeks. Started off at about 185 and am now at 188. Today (feb 17. is my first day on 1-ad). I am going to bump up my diet a bit more and try to get more protien.

    meal 1

    One 1-ad capsul
    3 chunks of ham
    1 peice of back bacon
    1 peice of bread w/ natty pb
    1 bowl of vector cereal w/ milk

    (need to go grocery shoping!!!)

    meal 2

    1-ad capsul
    4 whole eggs
    bowl of oatmeal


    at work over 8 hours

    1-ad capsul
    chicken breast
    roasted chicken sandwhich on ww bun
    turkey sandwhich on ww bread
    cottage cheese shake
    brocoli, carrots, cucumbers w/dip
    nutrigrain bar
    quacker granola bar
    ww beagal w/creme cheese
    8 600ml bottles of water

    now its sleep time

    1AD worked well for me. I was taking 600 mg per day. Good luck on the bulk.

    meal 1

    whey protien w/milk

    Arm/back work out
    increased biceps by 5lbs

    whey protien shake

    meal 2
    1-ad capsul
    potatos
    chicken breast
    green peas

    at work over 8 hour period
    1-ad capsul
    tunna & cheese sandwich on WW bread
    roasted chicken sandwic on WW bun
    ww bagel w/creme cheese
    cottage cheese shake
    6 bottles of water
    brocoli, cucumber, carrots, dip

    after work
    bowl of vector cerial plus milk
    walnuts
