i need some help from you guys...anyway
i don't eat very much because i get full quite often and very fast after i start eating...and...i want to know what a healthy diet would be. bear in mind that my stomach is quite small and can't fit much and i don't want to buy supplements and other stuff like that.
what are things that are cheap, available in most households and are affective for the healthy diet?
