    OK, I think I strained my right peck. How long do y’all recommend I take off from training it?

    Right now I am taking a month off, and then another month to ease back into things. I am still training the rest of my body, just not my chest. How does that sound?

    Sorry to hear about that, but I don't think you need 2 months off. Oh yeah how did you manage to do that?
