hey yo. well here's the deal. im thinking about cutting cause im going home in about a month to see family and gf. i was thinking about decreasing my intake by about 500 cal, but i only have 4 weeks to cut. my specs are 5'8, 161 lbs, about 12% bf. ive been bulking for several months and making some good gains, but could i really see any difference if i cut for 4 weeks and did cardio?
i dont really wanna do it if cutting wont make a difference or ill lose alot of muscle mass. thanks everyone.
