    Dl form

Can you offer any tips for maintaining good form doing DL's? Sometimes I feel like I am pulling too much with my lower back after the initial pull with the legs. Any mental check's I should remember?

When I start a pull I always automatically tell myself "Ass low, back straight". If my butt starts moving up before the bar, I stop. And when I complete the pull I tell myself "lock knees, shoulders back".

I viewed about 30 diffrent videos including Ronny Coleman prior to taking on deadlifts. I wanted to make sure I was performing them accuratly too. I recommend you doing the same.
