I am lifting weights and I wanna build my upper body. I wanna get my chest, abs, and arms big. What types of lifts should I do. Also what supplements should I take.

wbb1 is a good foundation into BBing, check out the diet and nutrition section for sure, eat a lot, rest a lot, and drink a ton of water. i would suggest you pick up some whey protien and possibly creatine for your supps. have fun, and don't forget about those legs!!!
