    What should I do

    I am lifting weights and I wanna build my upper body. I wanna get my chest, abs, and arms big. What types of lifts should I do. Also what supplements should I take.

    You sould read arround in the nutrition forums. You sould go to www.wannabebig.com read articles and look at the routiens they have made there. You dont [/B]need[/B] any supplements. You could have a look arround at www.atlargenutrition.com

    wbb1 is a good foundation into BBing, check out the diet and nutrition section for sure, eat a lot, rest a lot, and drink a ton of water. i would suggest you pick up some whey protien and possibly creatine for your supps. have fun, and don't forget about those legs!!!
