    Bi Tri Combo?

what are the negatives, if there are any, to working biceps and

triceps on the same day. also would it be a good idea to switch it

every week and work triceps first then biceps then the next week

do biceps then triceps? thanks for all the replys.

I just recently went back to doing bi/tri on the same day for a few mos. I don't think it's a bad idea to alternate which one you do first.

just make sure you let your arms rest a couple days before doing back or chest.

If I do arms on a day by themselves I would do triceps first. They're the bigger muscle. It'd be kind of like working, shoulders before chest or back.

I would also do Tri's first, for the same reason Homey said. Personally I feel like my biceps don't get worked intensely enough after a strenuous tri workout. Guess that isn't necessarily a bad thing though.
