It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
what are the negatives, if there are any, to working biceps and
triceps on the same day. also would it be a good idea to switch it
every week and work triceps first then biceps then the next week
