The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    From ABless to fABulous: defying the odds

    Once overweight and laughed at, nobody expected me to ever have a great body.

    I began at 223 pounds under a year ago. I now stand at 180 pounds. Following a strict diet and steady workout routine, we'll see who is laughing this summer with your girlfriend.

    I'm representing a symbol of motivation for any and everyone who is trying to physically better himself.

    Monday =.........Shoulders...lower back..........light cardio
    Tuesday =........Chest..........triceps..............light cardio
    Wednesday =............................................Heavy cario
    Thursday =.......Biceps/grip..upper back.........no cardio
    Friday =....................................................Heavy cardio

    Abs tuesday + thursday
    *Legs are subsituted by the cardio I do, which includes a high amount of sloped running. I have very strong legs by hereditary already.

    We'll see how I do. Wish me luck. I'll post the before pics soon (at 180 lbs)

    My legs are massively strong as is.

    Age: 16
    Weight: 180

    By Christmas I would like to add 25 pounds to my bench. That is one of my main goals. But, most importantly, I want a more lean, cut look. I am visiting family in Europe and I do not want them to even recognize me. It will be my greatest victory, forget impressing women. I told my grandmother that I will get myself into shape for when I see her next. It's more satisfying to see her happy than any girlfriend.
