    Creatine Catalys (pre or post workout)

    2 scoops vanilla whey protein
    1cup water
    1/2 cup 100% pure apple juice
    2 red delicious apples
    5 grams creatine
    5 grams glutimine

    blend together for about 3 minutes until throughtly blended

    carbs 45

    vanilla bean cafe

    2 scoops vanilla whey
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 packet splenda
    1 teaspoon instant coffee
    1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
    1cup cold water
    1/2 cup nonfat milk

    mix in blender and enjoy

    kenetic chocolet pudding

    1 box sugar free chocolet pudding
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 cup water
    2 scoops choclet whey protein
    2 tablspoons almond oil

    mix together throughly till consistency of thick pudding
    let chill for several hours and serve
    makes 4 servings

    cals = 280
    fat = 26
    pro = 10
    carbs = 2

    Not to complain, those look good, but the last recipe, there's no way it has only 2 carbs. There's 7.8g carbs per serving in a box of Jello SF Pudding, 31.2 g carbs for the whole box. Plus, there's .5 carb grams in one TBSP of whipping cream and that calls for a whole cup.
