    depends on what routine your doing... im going to start adding them into my me squat/deadlift day.

    i would say back, although you don't want too much stuff for back all in one day.

    That's the problem, most hamstring excercises work lower back as well.

    Hypers, GM's GHR's, SLDL's, etc.

    I'd say do them on leg day, and spread it out about 3 days apart from back day to allow for recovery

    I would drop hyperextentions.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    I would add either GMs or hypers but not both. I do them as hamstring exercises, so I'd add them to a leg day.
