One Arm Stronger Than The Other

My left arm is substantially stronger than my right one. For example, I can do concentration curls with nearly 10 pounds more with my left arm than my right (and I'm right handed!).

Should I drop the weight I use with my left arm or keep it there until my other arm catches up?

Hmm I always use the same weight for each arm when doing concentration curls. It's just easier to keep track of things this way I think.

Use dumbells and goto failure with your weak arm, then do the same number of reps/sets with the stronger arm, this will even it out after a while..

Yeah, get your weak arm as strong as your strong arm with DB exercises, then go back to BB exercises when they've evened out. You should probably be doing DB bench as well.

I didn't think about the dumbell bench.

    Thanks.
