I really want to improve my squat what are some technique things to keep in mind while squatting and what are some things i could do to strenghten this lift.
Anyone got some good articles??
Also i want to try some other types of squats i would like to see how some difrent types of squats are performed that i could throw into my westside routine.

In your case: get stronger.
Squats work better than supplements.
