The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

How you guys doing? I got a few hours off and I'm lucky I internet access at this point. I have been in the front lines most the time and let me tell you, this is the scariest thing I have ever seen. We are trying out best, but it's simply way too much. It feels as if our efforts are having little affect on this monster. So far I have been lucky to be involved with with saving a group of homes. It took us a few hours to stop that attack, but right away we had to drive to another site where it was too late to save anything. I'm not all here so excuse any mistakes. I'm going to go eat and try to take nap before I have to go back. I dont think I'll be here long they might rotate us when we get more back up from Nevada. Bye

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Hey Guys, I'm back home. I got to go home yesterday so I stayed in San Diego and met my girlfriend and her family there. We went to see George Lopez and I got home today. I'm tired I'm going to get some sleep and go to the gym tomorrow morning. In the last four days I've eaten about eight times and drank about 50 gallons of Gatorade. I saw a lot crazy crap these last fews days and I hope you guys never have to experience anything like that.
