Eat a required number of calories with around 1g/bw of protein, a fair amount of efa and load on carbs. You should gain 0.5-1lb( MAX) per week in order to stay kind of lean while bulking. Anymore then that and you are only adding fat IMO.

Just eat lots of clean stuff, lift hard, rest, and you will grow

fitday.com to find the calories in foods.. or look on the label if the food has one :P

and the protein.. uhh.. Just multiply 1 by your bodyweight :P and that is how many grams of protein you should have a day.

i put 'ricotta cheese' in that website..and it came up with a lot of protein.....

but when i looked on the pack..it was only a few grams...

is this because my ricotta cheese is "smooth ricotta"....because i hav the one which is easy to spread on bread....
