Hi, I've stalled on my bench and want to do a new routine.
I bench 230, squat 310, dead 450, have been lifting for 4 months.
I'm just after strength nothing else.
Any help much appriciated.
Are you sure its your routine and not lack of proper nutrition or rest? Many times as soon as people hit any kind of wall they immediately feel the need to jump ship to another routine. Have you increased your calorie intake to support the newly developed muscle? Have you been drinking enough water and getting enough sleep? Try upping your calories some and see if you don't blast through the plateau
