ive got a fairly big size problem today. 2 days ago was my chest and back workout day. yesterday mornin was my cardio day.
however last nite when i got home from work my lower back was in such pain i could not take off my shoes by my self.
today is the same, i can not bend over with out it causeing so much pain in my lower back.
any ideas as to why it is hurting? is it possible i just sprained it?
should i see a doctor? my back workout consist of deadlift, barbell rows, sldl, and on my running day i ran for 20 min.

probably bad form doing deads, i'd put some ice on it for a while then heat, if that doesn't help after a few days, see a doctor. lay off the workouts until you're 100%, you don't want to work through back injurys.
