    does any one kno how to get SUPER BIG BICEPTS AND TRICEPTS

    i want to kno how to get these muscles i can get every thing els, i just seem to have a lil trouble with mucles in the arms, i kinda want to kno what exersizes, and what u eat or some tips maybe i dont care any thing to help me but make sure u give me the reps. and that too plz thank u

    ok, well i dont kno the names for them, or any thing and i dont have a diet yet, but i am still learn'n and i am read'n every day about this stuff but here it goes....


    i normaly like to start my week out with a lil bicepts and tricepts work out,

    so like this

    mon: sholder shugs, bicep curls, tricept curls

    tue. the one were u stand up and u kinda like throw the weight up i think it is ( butterflys), then after that i kinda bend over and i work out my back by putt'n alot of weight some were around 50 -75lbs, and then with one arm down by my leg on this table thing i put my leg there too, for sapport, then i pump it for my lats i think

    and then i work out the lets wendays not much tho i like uper body more,

    but one of the reasons might be cuz of i dont have a gym yet, getting one this weekend yay lol, and i dont got a bench press so i basicly do what i can on my own till i get that and i have ben work'n at this for like 4- 5 months now, but i have been study'n almost a year on this

    Here would be a good place to start reading about workout routines and such. Lots of good info there. Those routines have helped many people here and helped to build a very good overall physique.

    Go here for more info on any exercises your are not sure about.

    First off, are you using proper form? 120 lbs for curl, (using the bar), seems awafully steep for a 15 year old. 120 lbs is almost your entire body weight. Think of it like this, when you lift the weight, do you have to use momentum in order to get it up? Do you tend to "hump" the weight up? I would look over your routine and make sure that you are using proper form.

    LOL, do u think i am lie'n i am use'n my muscle to get it up, not swaying or redness to the face, and if u looked it is a double hand lol, maybe cuz ur not strong or any thing doesn't meen i cant be lol, i have been doing push ups and that since i was like 5 dude, lol and i have been lift'n off and on since i was 14 and that but i haven't stuck with it, cuz of gurls but i'm done with them so i'm in this now and i dont get what ur problem is i'm not tyring to pic a fight or any thing, but if u dont want to beleave me fine dont i never asked u to lol

    First off my young friend, I was not trying to be agressive. I was simply trying to give constructive advice. If you can get the weight up with good form, more power too you. I know when I was 15 I couldnt lift that much. Maybe you are exceptionally strong for your size/age.

    Oh, and some punctuation would help people to descipher your post.

    well, if that is an a polligy i'm going to exept that and forgive u but i am sorry, its just that alot of ppl think'n uncabible of doing things just cuz i'm small and i dont want to be small any more i want to get big arms and that, my arms are kinda big already but there not big enuff, and yeah i am realy strong for my age and size, just the other day i arm wreslted a guy that was 260lbs and we were at a pool hall and i vs. him and i beat him, and he lifts weights to just not as much as i do and he was realy sapprized and for the first time i felt good about my self and that, and he was the first person to giev me respect about my size and that and i thanked him for that and it was kool but i'm sorry for snapp'n

    and dont wurry about the spelling :S

    ****, 120 is heavy for someone who is 14. I just turned 14 four months ago, same height, but you have about 13 pounds one me. I don't see how curling 120 is possible, but i gotta take your word for it.

    well, i'm glad u guys half way beleave me cuz i prommis not to lie to any one on this forum and help ppl out as much as i possibly can, and i wont lie i prommis, i would cut off my arms if i was to do that, i just did thta yesterday 120lbs double arm curl

    Legs are very important. Do you ever see any bodybuilders, powerlifters or athletes in general that don't have big, strong legs?

    Well, if you don't have a power rack or a gym then deadlifting would be a good bet. Do either one of those. They are very important. Especially when first starting and at your age when your hormones are going crazy.

    thank dude, i think i might kno why i am not as were i need to be, i have an uncle that is a body builder, and he told me along time ago that if ur going to get big u have to have a good balance of mucle?, like u aveh to work out each muscle evenly, and since i cant realy do much with my chest then that mgiht be why, ??

    I'm 15 and i've been curling for a few months and I don't know my max, but i'm doing 60 for reps. So damn, you are good. But how come you're only doing 45 one armed and 120 2 armed? Either way good job. I'm sure RuLess and Hercule are both curling high like that too, as they are strong ass 15 year olds.

    one of my arms is alot stronger then the other :S its realy gay i hate it but its hard to even them out but i'm work'n on that problem too :S
