The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Lower back issue

My lower back is not hurt or anything I don't think. I one time very VERY midly strained it on heavy squats a long time back. But recently it has been feeling "sore" during the day. Not pain or anything it's just a nagging feeling in my back. Don't know why I haven't been doing heavy posterior chain exercies or anything (haven't been able to because of midterms). But none the less it is there... any one have any ideas it is not a big deal just annoying. Might go see a doctor when I have time.

Could the lower back pain be from sittig and studying so much. If you've never had any problems with it before its unlikely that it could be from working out. Might be related to something that has changed in the past couple of weeks?

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Just to toss out another possibility, have you recently switched the way you sleep? Like now you sleep face down instead of on your side, or onto a different bed, or anything like that? I have a bit of back soreness the day after if I sleep face down.

Leaning over a desk and studying always gives me a sore back.
