My lower back is not hurt or anything I don't think. I one time very VERY midly strained it on heavy squats a long time back. But recently it has been feeling "sore" during the day. Not pain or anything it's just a nagging feeling in my back. Don't know why I haven't been doing heavy posterior chain exercies or anything (haven't been able to because of midterms). But none the less it is there... any one have any ideas it is not a big deal just annoying. Might go see a doctor when I have time.
