Whats a good muscle bound weight for 5 ft 8?

LIke say 10% body fat at 5ft 8, how much weight can that frame take so it does not look like a freak, but more then the normal lifter? 180lbs?

Depends on a lot of factors: genetics, hormone profile, bone structure, motivation, etc. I'm 5'8" as well, and I'm looking at at upper limit of around 180@8%, give or take 5 lbs. I have a pretty small bone structure though.

It depends quite a bit. I'm 5-9 and nearly 170, but there are a lot of people that are 160 at the same height and look bigger than me.

Hmm I am 5"7 and 3/4 or maybe I'm 5"8, might have measured myself wrong. Anyways in that area. I'm 165ish pounds or so but I have some excess fat. If I was 165 solid I would look pretty big, I also have a real small bone structure like Scott. I would say if you were 180lbs at 10% you would look awesome.

Yes I can notice that, for one, I remember a class mate that said he weighed 140lbs, but he is taller and looks bigger then me although I weigh 152. But damn, thats a pretty good site, I see that about 185 or 190 would be a good weight, But I dont know if I will grow taller anymore.

If you do get taller then 180 will be even easier!

I am 5'8"and usually hover right around 200lbs. I dont know what my BF% is because they is now way for me to check it over here. I wouldnt mind adding another 10lbs or so of lean mass.

I'm 5'8" 170ish 12%ish. I've been as heavy as 183 but that was a TON of water. I can't see myself getting too much bigger than 185-190 8% at 5'8". I also have a fairly large bone structure. Then again, I could be completely off and might be capable of much larger than that.

Im 5'6. I would like to get around 200lbs at 7% like Turboboy, but I guess that would be considered freaky.

How does 215 10% body fat on a 5ft 9 frame look like?

probably pretty good. If you could get lower bf% on that, like 7% or 8% it would look even better (and not that freaky)

Pretty damn big. Depending on your bone structure, I think it may take some anabolic help to reach 215 at a low BF%. What do your wrists measure (between the wristbone and your hand)?

that would be pretty hard to get without roids. if you want to look "normal" but big, then just get to 215 or so at like 15%. thats really not that bad a percent (contrary to what people may think).

I'm 5' 8" too, and have been stuck at 213 for a few weeks now. I'm slowly getting more define, so I must be on the right track. Would like to get to about 190, but I know it's only a matter of time.
