    Inversion Therapy

I just got an inversion table to help with the compressed discs in my back. Has anyone used one before that could tell me. The amount of time I should be on it? Anything else I should know?

Okay, I was just wondering if any of you guys could help.

The instructions I've found using google aren't all that specific, but thanks anyway.
