Quick question here. I am at 149lbs now, but been able to curl 60lbs. Already I got people thinking I am bs-ing looking at my sig, which i was doing 55lbs. I don't know, maybe curling is mystrong point.
Here is the question, i was working on my arms the other day. I have a home gym. I have both dumbells and the stackable weight where u can increase from 20lbs-90lbs. do you guys know what i am talking about, the rectangle looking thing.
Anyway, my dumbells only go up to 40lbs.
so i try 50lbs on the stackable weight and seemed way 2 easy.
then i moved up to 60lbs and was able to do it 3 times.
I know this is a lot of weight for a guy like my size. i just wonder if I the stackable is easier to do because of the layout and does not count, etc!! I don't think i am cheating cuz to eliminate using any body movement. I can kneel on my knees and do it as well. Which does not allow you to make much body movement and use very little leverage.
Please advise if you know what stackable weight thigy i am talking about and if this makes it any easier.
