The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Where do you buy your weights?

I'm looking for a cheap site that doesn't overprice everything because everyone wants to get in shape. I'm basicly just looking for a set of hex dumbells and a rack for them. I don't really want to buy them in a set though, the one's I saw were $500 with the rack, i'm only looking to spend around $200-300.

Reinier, there are stores like "play it again" here that you can trade in old sports equipment for money or for credit towards things in the store. So you can go there and buy weights benches all kinds of things.

Tool, I went so Sears and got a Weight set with an oly bar for around 150 I think. But like people said second hand stores are a good bet, also you could try Sunday paper. There is always someone who promised their wife that they would work out everyday. Then after a year of the equipment sitting in the garage with clothing hanging on it she forces them to sell it.

*some times I wish I still had that bench...

    lol

Do you own a car? There is a lot of weight in one of those suckers. My legs were a lagging bodypart till I had to push start my gf car for a month. Now they are my best feature.
