Hey, Progress Pics Of Me :)

Well I got a pic i just found, it was at the end of my first cut. my "starvation diet 1000 cals or less a day thing.. lost a lot! of muscle and became skinny fat. This was taken around the mid of august. i was 135lbs+-2lbs and unsure of the bf% but its way to high for that weight :P

Here is a pic at the end of my bulk + month of solid 7000k day junk food.. i gained like 5% or more bf from that, shi*t!! It saddens me, really. Anyway, i weigh in at about 180lbs in this pic.

This pic was taken round the last week of October.. just as im starting my cut. (Good cut this time btw )

Arms chest and even gut look a lot better in the second pic, despite the obvious loss of leanness. Good luck with your cut, just dont get too skinny

    thanx guys..

Rules >> Yeah.. my bench/squat/deadlift basically doubled in weight from the first to 2nd pic :P Too bad towards the end of the bulk i went crazy binging and gained like 20lbs of pure unneeded fat.

    Antek - Plan to

smalls - Yeah.. looking back at that first pick now.. freaking gross :|

and Juniormint - I wun get to skinny :P i just need to get rid of the fat that i put on because of my binges then its bulking time for a few more months! then do a good cut for summer hopefully

thanx, i should mention that both ics are unflexed... and out of curosity, what would you guess my 2nd pic bf% is? im guessing 20% +-3% , my legs are more lean then my upper body, dunno why tho.

I think you shoudl still be bulking. Looking much better than the first pic!! Good job so far. Just eat a lot of clean foods and skip this cut cycle.

That is not 180lbs at 5'9". I am the same height and weight 10lbs less and I'd put you around 160. Though I could be wrong, it may be a bad angle, but can you take more pictures[maybe some flexed or head on shots]? I'm not trying to be insulting, jsyk.

And, I'd say your bodyfat was closer to 14-15%. Your arms are very lean and I see some vascularity.

I agree, G. i would say 160 is a good guess. 180 doesnt sound right - check your scale bro

Defcon let me borrow your scale? I want to be 255 not 202.

No offense, but that doesn't mean ****. I had a scale that weighed quite accurately in the lower weights, but when I stepped on it I weighed 187 . I was actually in the 160's at the time, but it sure felt good to think I was that heavy. My friend was 185 and far thicker than me, so it was easy to see how false it was.

I use a mechanical scale, with the balance. I find it very reliable.
