    Less exercises or less sets?

    Do I do less exercises for the smaller body parts than I do for the larger ones, or less sets?

    For example, say I do 3 exercises for my chest, 3 x 8 for each. Should I do 3 exercises for my biceps, and do, say 2 x 8 for each, or do 2 exercises at 3 x 8?
    Winners train. Losers complain.

    i'd say only do 2 exercisies for biceps or other small muscles, larger can require more. biceps get plenty of indirect work so 2 should be plenty.
