Hey guys, I'm need of some help. I have been training for about 9 months and I have lost 20 pounds. I've gotten much stronger but I can't lose the fat. I don't look fat but I have so much fat everywhere, my stomach, my chest, my arms, its all over. I'm like a skinny "fat" guy!!! I don't know what to do. I try to eat right, I workout and I do cardio 4 times a week.
I'm 5'10, 186 lbs. I would like to get hard and lose the fat and eventually get up to 200. I'm so frustrated.
What to do?!?!?
