Hey people, during a refeed of Low GI foods you need to eat a lot of them right. So would someone gain my fat by refeeding on high amounts of Low GI carbs, or lower amounts of High GI Carbs.
High GI is just fine if you keep sucrose/fructose to a minimum. Starches like bagels, pasta, milk, etc. are great. I don't feel low GI carbs accomplish as much as some people think and if you eat larger amounts you will be susceptible to fat gain from too many calories.
Just keep away from stuff that attacks the liver stores first.
Makes sense i guess.. too bad i couldn't make oatmeal higher Gi for my refeed day :P

A refeed based on oatmeal alone makes me sick. You are sick. SICK!
