    9 more days til.

    I hit the gym hard.
    can't wait.
    PHOENIX

    height - 5' 10 1/2"
    weight - 161bs
    bench - 240lbs (2x)
    curl - 55lbs (dumbell 3x)
    squat - 285 lbs (few times)

    goal to improve body along with strength with help of wbb.com

    Why 9 days, did you hurt yourself or just taking some time off?

    it's Ramadan. Meaning I am fasting. I pretty much get to eat only about a meal a day. So I lost a lot of weight. I don't want to push myself hard and faint in the gym.
    But yeah, in 9 days - I will be hitting it hard. :-)

    Cool...a holiday where you can cut instead of gaining 50 lbs. Cool beans. Enjoy the rest of the Ramadan period!
