hi right now im lifting pretty heavy monday through friday, and with the weekends off. Can someone tell me if this looks good as a routine to follow? im currently bulking, and i want strength as well as size. lemme know what you guys and girls think
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Shoulders/traps
Wednesday - Chest
Thursday - Biceps/Triceps
Friday - Legs
The exercises are basically the same ones covered in WBB #1, mon/wed/fri i dead/bench/squat, respectively.. i am just curious as to whether this is a good routine for five times a week or if anyone might know of a better one.. Thanks
I'd separate some stuff a little more, like this:
That way, you aren't pushing 2 days in a row.
Squats work better than supplements.

i can work with that, i really should have mentioned that i play soccer every wednesday, which is the main reason i had them seperated like that in the first place.. so legs i probably couldnt do wednesday, though i suppose i could switch it with back day.. running still can toll your lower back after a heavy deadlifting day though, so who knows.. i can give it a shot
