I need adivice i wanna be dominant next season and it begins in the weight room in the offseason ne suggestions?
In Great Attempts It Is Glorious Even To Fail..
I guess that depends on what you need to improve to get better on the field, doesn't it?
Getting stronger won't hurt.
You might want to do some reading over on elitefts.com. REad the Q&A for sprot specific training, search on 'football'. Also check out what Coach H and Coach X do with their players.
Keep in mind the players they are dealing with are college and pro.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
I has a blog.
I has a facebook.
Westside would be your best bet. Pure Strength from the ME days, and speed/explosive power from the DE days. You can even incorporate OL lifts if you wish.
