    Football ends in a week and im excited to get back into the weight room im dedicating my life to lifting untill next season and im curious as to what i should do, would bulking up and gaining as much strength be good for now while later doing my plyometrics and my explosion lifts? I need adivice i wanna be dominant next season and it begins in the weight room in the offseason ne suggestions?

    I guess that depends on what you need to improve to get better on the field, doesn't it?

    Getting stronger won't hurt.

    You might want to do some reading over on REad the Q&A for sprot specific training, search on 'football'. Also check out what Coach H and Coach X do with their players.

    Keep in mind the players they are dealing with are college and pro.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Westside would be your best bet. Pure Strength from the ME days, and speed/explosive power from the DE days. You can even incorporate OL lifts if you wish.
