I have just finished a bulking phase and now weigh at 200lbs. I want to stay at this weight but i have seemed to gain a lot of weight around my waist. I have gained 17lbs and an inch or 2 around my waist.
I want to lose the fat around my waist and bring out the muscles but i am a vegetarian. I do not know how much to eat now I have gained so much weight in a matter of a couple of months! I am a VEGETARIAN! When should I be eating and what foods should I be eating?
