    Staying the same weight but toning up

    I have just finished a bulking phase and now weigh at 200lbs. I want to stay at this weight but i have seemed to gain a lot of weight around my waist. I have gained 17lbs and an inch or 2 around my waist.

    I want to lose the fat around my waist and bring out the muscles but i am a vegetarian. I do not know how much to eat now I have gained so much weight in a matter of a couple of months! I am a VEGETARIAN! When should I be eating and what foods should I be eating?

    could you explain what a vegetarian is? every one I meet seems to have different definition and list of things they will and will not eat.

    chicken?fish?eggs?meat byproducts?dairy?
    tell us exactly what you wont eat

    vegetarian...they won't eat meat is the general one.

    What I mean by vegetarian is that I do not eat Fish or Eggs but I do eat dairy products. Does that help?
