I am a new member but have been reading the threads and articles for quite a while. I have been following the WWB #1 routine for about 8 weeks now. I am still seeing gains but I need to try something different.
I was thinking about do a maximum week, where I would max. out (1-2 reps.) at each execise and then take a week off completely. Maybe a bit a squash and a game of hockey but no lifting.
Does this sound reasonable to you?
Squats work better than supplements.
