Ive posted this before and was told to do a search did just that and didn't find what i wanted. I wanna start cuttin to lose some bf in the lower abdomin area and lose the dreded love handle i hate those fuc*in things, well id like to know what kind of training i should be doing, how much i should be eating , how often and for how long should i do cardio what are good foods to eat reponses to these questions are need and the help is appreciated.

If your post was worded like that they may have told you to search because there isn't really anything diet related for local bf reduction. There are some products from avant labs that will help though I have no personal use with them so cant recommend them too you. As for a diet eat clean count calories and post your weight to get a general idea of calls to eat.
