Been lifting for about a month and i need to start keeping better track of my progress so i guess this is a good place. Low sets and reps seem to work best for me, my body just doesnt like volume.
I did upper back today only took about 15 minutes
Pullups +5lbs x 10
Pullups + 15 x 4
Seated rows home gym 70lbs x 11
Bent rows 65x11
Body weight is 145
Im skinny as a rail
