    Soy Sauce?

I need to add this to my diet so I'm wondering what the effects are on the body, good? bad?

BTW I'm new so hello everyone!

I would imagine you're not having enough for it to make much of a difference. I think the thing to look out for would be sodium content but otherwise it should be fine, and enhance the protein quality of whatever you have it with

Why do you need to add it to your diet?

I buy Lite Soy Sauce. Has about 1/2 the sodium per tablesoon as normal soy.

I hate that lite soy-sauce. I have to use twice as much to get the taste I like.

Neither can I, hehe. But I suppose lite is half the sodium of the regular, so could make sense, hehe.

Lite Soy sauce sucks. Nothin' wrong with a little sodium.
