Do I fit a SLDL in my leg day or back day?

You can do either since they work both. It's a matter of personal preference.

i would do SLDL on leg day, becouse at least with me it hits my hams alot more then my back. but they work both so it dont realy matter, just make sure if you do do it on leg day that you leave plentey of rest inbetween them and squats

Depends on your back. If it's perfectly straight (or arched), you'll target your hamstrings more. If you let your back bend, it'll work your spinal erectors more.

I like doing my lowerback excercises on my leg day, because as you mentioned, some excercises work both.
Be careful if you plan to also do deadlifts on a separate day. Doing so might cause you to overtrain your spinal erectors. (it happened with me when I did that)
