been low carbing during the week (30-40) and high carbs on weekends. (100-250). only cardio is one day a week lately of brazilian jiu-jitsu, or JKD. before i was "low carbing" i would be around 175-178, with 3 days a week of cardio. my strength is the same, although i started at lower weight and worked my way back up, so my lifts have been the same.
