    Biological clock (sleeping problems)

If there is such a thing.....
how long does it take to reset? I usually wake up at 9am. But the other morning, my F*****ing neighbor was revving his engine and woke me up at 6:26am. I've been waking up since then.

    Advice?

i wish i could disable that f****ers car. He woke me up tuesday morning. But I woke myself up this morning I think. I think, since he woke me up at 6:26am, that my body got used to it. Is that possible? I dont want my body to think i wake up at 6:26am!

The reving of the car isn't his problem. It's that he is continously waking up at the same time.

You simply need to get back into a different routine. Go to bed at 2-3am and make sure you dont wakeup until 9-10, i'm sure your body will want the extra sleep if it needs it
