    Morning workout whats the best meal to have??

    I was going to switch my workouts to the morning, now i plan to do this straight after i wake up after a meal, now whats the best thing i should have?

    protien shake with milk? and what time to wait until i hit the weights?

    porridge oats +protien shake and and what time to wait until i hit the weights?


    or a MRP?

    I would follow something like this.. wake up @ 0:00 time

    0:00 - Meal 1 ( oatmeal and eggs )
    1:00 - Workout
    2:00 - Post Workout Shake Consisting of Dextrose, Whey and Creatine
    3:00 - Meal 2 ( Oatmeal and WHole food protein)

    I agree, Oatmeal/Eggs. Wait at least 30mins before you workout after eating. Just my .02

    Go with something that is easily digestable and contains a small amount of protein and carbs (~25-35g carbs/~10-15g protein) with minimal fat.

    A little maltodextrin and whey would work just fine, or an MRP. Consume this ~30 minutes before training.

    Personally.. i would throw up if i drank sum protein shake first thing in the mourning :P


    Does anyone know how to find the moment of Inertia about an axis if your giving to equations of 2 different graphs?
