    Chest&Tri Day Routine, help

    My weak point on my bench is right above the chest, I'm looking to improve on this and for a bigger bench.

    4 day split, Chest&Tri, Back&Bi, Legs, Shoulders&Traps

    Chest Day

    CGBP 2x4-8, 1x2
    Decline 3x6-10
    Dips 2x4-8
    JM Press 2x4-8

    looks good, also you can try and use board press and floor presses also

    Work your lats, and speed. My sticking point is on the lower part of the lift as well, and speed really helps.

    would maybe 8x3 clap pushups on shoulder&Trap Day enough for speed?
