The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Last Samurai: 3 Thumbs Up

This movie is a classic. It's not possible to really describe it and do it any justice. It's that good.

I laugh at the part when Cruise gets 0wned by that guy with the wooden sword.
The part where it shows him with the Japanese girl is also funny, because it's so typical... Tom Cruise has to be involved with a chick in every movie he makes.

You just have to trust that this isn't another Tom Cruise trying to look cool movie. The story is incredible, the visuals are great, and don't worry there's no real love story to it.

Man, SF, I can't tell when you're being sarcastic sometimes.

I'll tell ya what though, Tom Cruise did some serious bicep curls to get in shape for this movie!

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

LOL, and what did you not like about it mr film critic.

I thought it was amazing, not realistic at all times, but I will be paying an ungodly amount of money to see it again in theatre.

Well, in an effort not to create another thread on this (I don't have a daily quota as some ppl seem to have), it just came out for rental recently, and I got a copy. This movie is amazingly well done. Story is excellent, and it moves along nicely.

Very well done. I recommend seeing it if you haven't.

Its trailer and preview seemed pretty corny, but I've had people tell me it pwned. Even more including you guys so... I guess I'll have to peep it in order to behold this films coolness which is supposedly of the utmost UBERNESS.

J/k. In short I will probably peep it.
