    tendinitis & training

    Over the past 2 months I've slowly started to notice that my left forearm is shooting with pain after I grip a weight and do certain movements. Aside from tendinitis could it be something else, also other then totally backing off and resting for 2-4 weeks is there anything I can do ?

    Could possibly be a muscular imbalance, or loss of range of motion in a joint due to not using full range of motion in every exercise.
