The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Give me a break! It's ok to watch some guys just mangle each other, but it's not ok to show a womans back? This is ridculous considering the majority of people watching MNF are guys.

    LOL

it's ok for cheerleader calendars from the Eagles and Ravens to feature "oops I forgot my top" pics but should a woman appear seminude on network television it's clearly cause for alarm

I agree with the article and NFL reps, I remember thinking when I saw that commercial how inappropriate it was.
Rather than thinking if it is appropriate for you to watch the commercial, try thinking if its appropriate for a 5-10 year old kid. And secondly what message the commercial is sending out. Associating promiscuity (anti-family values) with athletics on a premier prime time sporting event is inappropriate and not the message that most responsible parents/adults want to impart on the younger members of the audience(IMHO).

(granted I'm slightly biased on this because media/ethics were part of my major in college)

You know the $1.2 million fine the FCC is levying against FOX for some dumb "Married by America" crap? Apparenly, a grand total of THREE people complained.

Red Staters, get your morals out of my life. I want MORE nekkid Desperate Housewives, damnit.

Note: If anybody disagrees with that last statement, fine. Raise your child to be a prude, and have an unhealthy fear of any sexuality.

Then, realize you can't win...and go out and have a beer.

They censored Edge giving his middle finger to the camera on RAW... at 9:30 PM. Stupid, stupid ****. That's due to Canada's liberal government though, trying to be "diverse" by giving into all groups (including the complaining crazy mothers who need to be shot).

It may be inappropriate, but no one's forcing them to watch. Just change the channel until it's over.

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Thats the whole thing, on channels that run on the VHF wave lengths there is a much higher standard as to what is appropriate.

If it was on USA or ESPN it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

18, try 35. I mean by the time my daughter is 20 I'll be at least 250 pounds and have a black belt in multiple martial arts. That should help.

Yeah, kids these days. Having sex at 14.

150 years back, they were having babies at that age. So we went through a brief period of delayed gratification for our youth.
