Beers? Guinnness is great. When I'm shorter on cash I like Amstel.
Heiniken would be highly acceptable also.

Whiskey? Chivas is great. Jack Daniels is a close second. J&B or Johnny walker (only tried red and black label) are great.
    Ballentines is excellent too!
Actually, I like all brands besides old caliper (from what I have tried so far).
(I drink it as is, sometimes on ice)

Wines? I like all kinds and brands here too. Israeli wines are decent. Favorite would have to be Porto wines (from portugal).

Vodka - I like Absoloute and Smirnoff. Can settle with any cheap brands if it's mixed with grapejuice but can not drink em 2$ vodkas clean.

Tequilla - anything goes as long as it's in shots.

    Rum- Bacardi is good .

Oozo - any brand is fine. Turkish pepper and Arak (not sure about how you call this one in English) are fine too.

I have been trying some new beers. I do like wheat beers now. But I still come back to plain old beer. I still think its snob appeal on lots of it. I think many things you don't notice the difference.
I had $150 shot of 115 year old gran moray(sp), was it that much better?? I doubt it.

I think that when you compare a Newcastle and a Miller lite the difference is clear.

I used to only like domestic light beers, but since I've found that Labatt Blue, Heineken and some of the micro brews are pretty good. I never drink anything alcoholic other than beer though.

Heineken is to bitter. Had it on tap once and was good. Nothing wrong with Labatt but I don't notice anything special about it.

Before the bar: Amaretto or beer
At the bar: crown & coke, or rum & coke, or vodka & club soda, or of course beer, and lots of it.
