Oatmeal is great, and ceral is a good food to eat when you're trying to satsify your sugar rush.

Limit your sugars as much as possible, essentially. Very hard to avoid completely, but making wise food choices will help.

All-Bran Extra Fiber is delicious and has no sugar!

Fiber One has no sugar either!

    Just use milk sparingly.

also, skim milk is the better choice if you must eat cereal.

Just eat 2/3 cup of oatmeal, topped with 1 tsp of hot sauce, no water, no cooking, made and eat in 2 minutes :P

I like Uncle Sam Cereal, FiberOne, or oatmeal. Frosted mini-wheats arent a bad choise either.
