    gym at home

    Anyone workout at home and cant hardly keep themselfs from wanting to lift all the time. I know you will say i dont lift hard enough but im about dead when im done. I though about doing something like a Max ot routien but im sure i will overtrain on it. I need to sell my weights and go to a gym.
